Information we collect
When you contact Thermetix Mechanical Inc. by phone, email or through our service request form, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, service address or city, the equipment involved and a description of the issue.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and perform HVAC work, maintain service records for equipment we have worked on, and follow up about the service provided. We do not sell your information.

We share information only where it is needed to deliver the service you requested — for example with a supplier ordering a specific part — or where we are required to do so by law.
Retention and security
We keep service records for as long as needed to support the equipment we have serviced and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information in our care.
